Graduating Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in 2022 with a degree in Public Health, she has been deeply involved in real estate from a young age. During her college years, Tanvi honed her skills by overseeing construction projects and remodels, gaining hands-on experience that set her apart. Since entering the real estate market, she has managed multiple large-scale projects with impressive organization and execution. Known for her dedication and personalized approach, Tanvi is committed to guiding her clients through every step of their real estate journey.

Neil is a real estate professional with a strong foundation in data analytics, financial strategy, and company development. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2021 and earned his master’s in Data Analytics from Georgetown University in 2023. Currently a data scientist in the healthcare industry, Neil utilizes his analytical expertise to deliver data-driven insights and strategic solutions. With a background in financial strategy, he helps clients navigate the real estate market with informed, well-planned decisions.

Balaji is an entrepreneur with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a diploma in Business Management. For over 27 years, he has called Austin, TX, home—growing alongside the vibrant city, he built a real estate portfolio consisting of SFR and MF properties. Balaji’s expertise spans IT consulting, real estate, hospitality, and QSR, where he drives innovation, optimizes operations, and scales businesses. Passionate about strategic growth and excellence, Balaji is always open to new opportunities and collaborations.

Raghu is a soft spoken technocrat with an MS in Electronics from the University of Southern California. Raghu worked at Qualcomm from 1998 to 2006 and then returned to India in 2006 to build a real estate company that focuses on value and luxury. Raghu co-founded Triguna Group with a focus on residential, commercial, and hospitality which executed over 2 million square feet. Raghu is also the board member of family-owned chemical companies and played a key role in modernizing and transforming as a market leader. His core strength is his command in execution and vision to identify the right real estate projects.

Raghu is a serial entrepreneur and visionary technocrat. He graduated with an MS Computer Science from Oregon State University. Raghu worked as a senior leader at Verizon, British Telecom, and startup companies for 20+ years building systems for new lines of business before becoming a full-time entrepreneur. He has founded Wissen Technology/Wissen Group with 4,500+ employees. Raghu also co-founded Triguna Projects and Mayuri Prime Homes which have built over 2 million square feet of residential, commercial, and hospitality space. Raghu’s core strength is his global outreach, finance, and strategy to identify opportunities to create wealth.
